Mr Saleh was the first Attorney in Jordan to remarkably record a Precedent before the Court of Cassation (the Highest Court in Jordan) in Fraud Crime whereby the Court has, for the first time, decided to return the ownership of a Land taken by fraud from its Landlord. That was not the first time to record a Precedent before the Court of Cassation by Mr. Saleh. In fact, Mr. Saleh has recorded another Precedent whereby the Court of Cassation for the first time in forty years has decided that the cheque becomes stale after the lapse of ten years instead of fifteen years from the date of presenting it for payment.

His massive knowledge and expertise in the profound legal details and the legal framework in Jordan made him one of the best lawyers in Jordan in a short time. For that, he still gets appointed as an arbitrator, adjudicator and mediator. He is the head of both the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department.
